These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application and related services (the "App") provided by Oti ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

## 2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

## 3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

### 3.1 In-App Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and other in-app purchases through the applicable app store provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store (each, an "App Store Provider"). Payment will be charged to your account with the App Store Provider at confirmation of purchase.

### 3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within the time period specified by the App Store Provider prior to the end of the current subscription period.

### 3.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription through your account settings with the applicable App Store Provider. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

### 3.4 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable, as determined by the App Store Provider.

### 3.5 Price Changes

Subscription prices may change. If required by the App Store Provider or applicable law, you will be notified in advance and, where required, asked to consent to any price increase.

## 4. Billing and Refunds

All billing and payment processing is handled by the applicable App Store Provider. Refund requests are subject to the App Store Provider’s policies and must be submitted directly through that provider. We do not process refunds directly.

## 5. License and Acceptable Use

### 5.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

### 5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

* Use the App for any unlawful purpose

* Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

* Interfere with or disrupt the App or its systems

* Misuse subscriptions or payment features

## 6. User Content

If the App allows you to submit or upload content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating and improving the App.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any content you provide.

## 7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

## 8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms.

## 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

## 11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

## 12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State/Country, without regard to conflict of law principles.

## 14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

## 16. App Store Provider Terms

These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with any App Store Provider. The App Store Providers are not responsible for the App or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Store Providers have no warranty obligations with respect to the App. Any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement, are governed solely by these Terms and applicable law.

App Store Providers are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
